  I want my site to be a service website, not selling physical products but charge for the service provided and maybe digital products. do I make it an online store website?

  An ecommerce site/online store can sell physical products, digital products or services. It only depends on using an ecommerce plugin that support the type of product or service you want to sell.

  The WooCommerce plugin which is included in our eCommerce plan and fully supported on our Business Plan can sell any of those things, though depending on the specific type of service you want to sell you might need additional plugins.
