What is this and what do I do? ‘Before you hit Publish, please refresh the following connection(s) to make sure we can Publicize your post: AMP: Enabled Edit’ I don’t want to publicize my stuff except on my blog. Does this mean I cannot post? Thank you.

Hi there,
You should be able to post in spite of that message. All that means is that there’s a problem with the Facebook connection in your account that automatically shares the post to Facebook when you publish it. Your posts will still publish normally to your blog, but they won’t automatically share to Facebook unless you fix that connection yet.
You can reconnect Facebook at My Site ->Sharing
