Began domain transfer, but account logged out

  Hello,

  I began a transfer on the site listed above and signed up for WordPress two days ago, but when I went to login today to try and make edits to the account, I was unable to find the WordPress charge for my monthly service, or where I began the transfer of the domain. When I try to do it again, it gives an error message that the transfer has already started. How do I free this domain to properly execute the domain transfer, and how can I ensure that I’m not double paying for a Word Press account?
