begining a blog

Hello, I’d like to begin a blog and embed a link in it to my company’s website. I have no idea what I’m doing with either of these tasks as I am fresh to the blog world and while I have been in business for 5 years I’m a clinician first and owner second (I can barely operate my computer) so… help!
