Beginner – Advice for my first blog

    Hello there,

    I am new to this and I would like to create my own blog in which I will have several categories of articles.
    I would like to use this theme http://organizationdemo.wordpress.com/
    Even though I am new, I did some research and if I would want adverts, and fill the sides with links to other places and stuff these “premium” themes might be actualy limited.
    Is this theme i have linked you – what my site will look like exactly, except with my own articles and pictures?
    Can’t I add a new menu button (category) or add adverts on the sides which are empty?
    Does this emply adding extra columns which are not supported on this theme?

    How customizable are these these “premium” themes?

    And one last question: is it worth going for a business upgrade instead of just the premium account?
