beginner: bought a theme from themeforest, do i have to Go Premium?

    I can’t find the button to install my own theme, do I have to Go Premium and pay WordPress for the year to be able to do this?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    In order to use a theme that is not in the WordPress.com repository, you will have to download WordPress from WordPress.org and host it on your own site. This is because the themes here have been vetted for security bugs and the like in order to keep a rogue bit of code from bringing down the entire site.
