Beginner Help

  This ought to be easy for anyone, but I’m just a beginner. I’ve uploaded my site on BlueHost through their automated function and when I click on the installation link, it tells me that the software is installed. When I go back to the WordPress site, there no site there. I guess I’m confused because if I get a “new blog”, it looks to seems to generate a WordPress hosted site. Not sure what to do. Can anyone help a total beginner?
