  I just started with WordPress.com and I have a few questions.
  How do I make my pages visible totally without the ‘more’ at the bottom.
  How do I change the font size.

  I’m afraid that “more” is a feature of the theme you have chosen. The default behaviour of the Gateway theme is to only display post excerpts/summaries of specific length on the home page. This is hard-coded into the theme itself, and can’t be modified.

  If you require all your posts to display in their entirety then the easiest option would be to choose a different theme.
