Beginner questions- DARA Theme

    Hi, I’m new to using wordpress and am trying to become accustomed to using it, I’ve been using the free version, I have a few questions regarding site customization..
    I’m trying to use custom colours to match a logo on the DARA theme but I can only seem to edit the background colour but I’d like to change the colour on many other things such as the Menu bar, the links, and the colour when you hover over links.
    Also I’ve been trying to move a couple things like the site’s tagline and social media icons to the top right corner of the screen..

    Is this just something I’m limited to in this theme in particular or is a limit due to using the free version of wordpress?

    This is something that is limited due to the free plan that you currently have. You need access to CSS via the Custom Design feature that is a part of the Premium and Business Plans in order to change certain aspects of your theme.

    if you decide to upgrade to one of those plans, you can visit our CSS forums for the code you will need for whatever else you want changed on your theme.
