Beginner: Where to put my existing site HTML?

  Hi,

  My blog is not linked to this account. It resides at http://www.patrickgrahamphotography.co.uk/blog

  I have followed this guide to make a blank template for my theme: http://themeshaper.com/2009/06/22/wordpress-themes-templates-tutorial/

  My website is already existing in the form I want it. I may later integrate it with wordpress, but at present I just want to be able to add blog content to the white content area on one page. How do I do this? Where do I place the HTML content from a normal template page in order for it to appear around my blog posts?

  I am very new to PHP and don’t know any more than the little I gleamed from the above tutorial. I know a degree of CSS and HTML only.

  Sorry, you need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.

  These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
