Beginnercodes.com not activated

    I was asked to pay another $18 for site redemption. I dunno what happens here. I have 2 open cases and barely no one cares. I spend hours and hours chatting with people complaining on the same issue over and over again. They say they will forward it to the tech team and the tech team never responds. One even said if you delete the domain you can claim it somewhere else(another host) as he said so I deleted the domain and then only he mentioned if it was less than 60-90 days it is not possible.
    Then I contacted automattic several weeks ago and they told me to pay $18 for you (and I got a receipt with WordPress.com heading and acknowledgement) and the domain is still not activated nor transferred. So I have sepnd nearly $50 CAD or more for no reson
