Beginning Help
-
I have published my first post and do not see the side bar when I check the post. I am using the Twenty 10 theme.
Also, I do not see an About Me although I have written it.
Finally, I have also listed ‘blogs that I follow’ using all the prompts, but do not see them either (no side bar).
Please help. The frustration level is growing…… Thanks. Lisa

I see your blogroll, about me and your sidebar at the link below, i’m sure an expert will have a cure for it.

Choosing a Page Template
One and two-column templates
By default, Twenty Ten uses a two-column layout with lots of room for widgets. If you’d like to hide the widgets and focus on the writing for a particular page, just choose the “One column, no sidebar” template. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyten/Edit the post and choose “default template” in the far right hand column in the Template module.

Also, I do not see an About Me although I have written it.
The “About Me” you posted here > Users > Personal Profile does not display on a static page. You have to create a static page and copy and paste that information onto it and publish it. Then a tab to your About page it will appear in your horizontal menu.

I do see your Blogroll and a sidebar on your front page. See what I said about templates above and if you still cannot see a sidebar on your front page then clear your browser cache and cookies please. If your browser version is not up to date you can upgrade any browser version here.

@TT: That’s for pages, not posts.
@ladolcevilla: I’m seeing your sidebar (complete with your About Me and Blogroll widgets) both here:
http://ladolcevilla.wordpress.com/
and here:

Perhaps you’re looking at a cached version of your post. Try clearing your browser’s cache.
Or are you talking about a different blog?
