being able to let clients download forms from a forms page

  Need to set up a page that lets people download pdf forms to fill out and send back to us. I’m using hostpapa as a hoster, and they say I should ask here about being able to do this, I also have no clue about what directory I should put the forms in (if I can do this at all)
