  I canceled the visualeverage.com domain 18 months ago but am being charged
  Ref on charge is [redacted]

  Hi there,

  Thanks for the ref number – due to privacy, I removed it from your post. I checked and the charge is for both the Personal Plan ($48) along with the domain subscription for growmadison.org ($18) under the growmadison WordPress.com account.

  Do you still have access to that account?

  I had no idea it was still up and I was being charged…for 6 years!!!!

  Ok many thanks, you would need to recover the account in this instance, and this can be done using a transaction ID which can be found as per these steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

  This is different to the statement reference.
