  I’m being charged for a Free plan. I would like my money back for the most recent charge (even though this may have been happening for much longer) and would like for you to stop all future charges.

  Hi there — I don’t see any charges associated with this account. My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site?
