Being charged for an account I can’t access

  I have currently been charged 51 pounds for a WordPress account (a different one to this) which I can no longer access because it was using my university email address which has now expired as I am a graduate. I would like a refund, what should I do?

  If you could please fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.

  Once you have provided proof of ownership, we can assist you with both regaining access to your account and refunding your payment.
