Being charged for lost account

  Hi,
  Last year on March 28th I was charged £70 for a WordPress account. I tried to find our which account it was but I couldn’t find out which email address it was linked to and was then ill so forgot about it. I’m concerned that I will be charged another £70+ this year with still no clue how to close it down. I don’t know which email address it’s linked to, I don’t know what the site’s called but the money was taken from my PayPal account.
  I’d be really grateful if you can help me as I really can’t risk losing another £70.
