Being charged for premium on free site

Hello again,
Can someone please look into this – I was charged 99 back in September of last year and my site is not premium, and it is still not premium.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Once you buy the upgrade you need to then register a custom domain name (if that is what you want to do) – you should see a credit when you buy a domain name or map a domain name –
The blog has no content in it – looks abandoned

Thanks, we setup this up as a trial to look at it way back when and it somehow charged my PayPal acct. This locked my PayPal acct. until recently when I found out I was charged. What is the custom CSS that is costing 99 – we have never used the site.

You would have needed to enter payment info to be charged – the base blog here is free, the upgrade seems to be a bit in your face during the registration process from what I have seen in the forum – please make sure you have Auto renew disabled – the refund policy is 30 days on most upgrades except for domain name registration which is 48 hours

I’m not sure what happened, but it looks like the upgrade was purchased in September and wasn’t showing up on your blog. I have activated it for you and extended the purchase for a full year from now.

This is my point precisely, the upgrade was charged in September of 2013. Yet not available to us until 4 months later when you just made it available as part of this discussion.
I appreciate you have a strict 30-day no refund policy, however, to be charged for a feature that was never provided, and to be charged 4 months later does not seem to be a very good practice.
Are you able to provide me with an updated invoice for this $99 so I can at least expense this recent transaction?

What I need is an updated invoice to reflect January 2014, which was the actual date the transaction was charged, and the actual new date of our renewal.

Your initial invoice reflects the actual transaction, so that date cannot be altered. You do have a second invoice that reflects my adding the upgrade, which is dated to January 14th.
I’m very sorry for the glitch that prevented your upgrade from being activated in September. At this point you’re welcome to either keep the upgrade with the new expiration date, or I can process a refund for the upgrade and remove it from your account.
