BEING CHARGED FOR SERVICES NOT USED!!!!!

Why do I continue to get charged for a service I no longer use and have already requested to have cancelled??? On top of that, the receipt doesn’t even show in my charges on my account and the payment was taken from a card that I didn’t authorize!!! Daylight robbery!

I do not see any sites under your @sashym WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

I’ve only ever had one login for WordPress, so it can’t be under a different login. It was for the site that I used to have on WordPress called BZB Consulting (bzbconsulting.com – now belongs to someone else). If it was another provider, why would it show as WordPress on my transaction code with my bank?
I’d appreciate if you could get to the bottom of this as it is the second time that I have been charged for this and I don’t know how to remove it since WordPress doesn’t have a service line that I can call to sort things out.

Hi there,
The domain, bzbconsulting.com, has never been connected to any site or account on WordPress.com. If you were using WordPress on that site, you were using the open source software at another hosting provider. WordPress and WordPress.com are not the same thing.
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here bought some upgrades from us in 2016, including the domain, callevahealthconsulting.com, but those upgrades expired and were removed from your account in December 2017. You haven’t owned any upgrades with us since then, and we don’t even have a valid credit card on file for this account any more which we could have charged.
If the charge was from us, your statement will explicitly say WORDPRESS in the transaction description, followed by a unique code containing letters and numbers. If you don’t see that, the charge wasn’t from us.
If it shows that information, and you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.
You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

The charge was definitely from you as it says WordPress. When I look it up on the “Why was I charged” page it comes up with a transaction that says I was charged for 3 things: 1) WordPress.com personal for bzbacademic.com ; 2) Domain mapping for bzb-academic-coaching.com; and 3) Domain registration for bzb-academic-coaching.com.
I have a screenshot from that page if you would care to receive it. When I attempt to view the invoice, it takes me back into my account where it says it cannot find the invoice. As you mention, there are not even any payment methods on the account so I don’t understand how I am being charged. I also submitted a ticket through the billing help page but have not had any confirmation that this went through or heard back from anyone.
If this is not resolved I will be forced to submit a fraud charge with my bank.

There’s no need to send a screenshot; with the address you provided, we could locate the charges.
The site with the subscriptions is indeed owned by a different account than the one you’re logged in to right now. To manage your purchases, you will need to log out and log back in with the correct email address. We’re not able to disclose it here as to do so, we’ll need some sensitive data from you, we don’t want you to share on this public forums. I have sent you an email so, please reply there.
