Being charged for services that I havent authorised

  Help! I just found I am being charged for wordpress services and I am not authorising these purchases. I think an old web client might be using my saved card details. Can WordPress please look up the charges and let me know what they are for? It might be that my card is being used illegally. I tried the only tool and it didn’t understand the billing code from my bank statement. Can I get someone from WordPress to contact me asap to my private email?
