Being charged for suspended account yearly due to email error
-
This account has been suspended due to not being verified via email. However, I must have made an error with the email address and have not received any emails. I am also not able to login to my account for this as the account is suspended. When I try to use the chat and type in the website name it tells me I need to be a paid customer – however I am being charged. If I don’t manage to cancel this subscription it means I end up paying for this suspended account email error for a lifetime. I have become very mentally stressed over this as I am not receiving any help from WordPress. I did receive an email reply once saying they would look at it and to send more details – which I did and I haven’t heard back since. I have tried emailing again and I am praying for a response. PLEASE HELP

You just have to sit back and wait untill a Staff member is available to sort things out.
To restore access to the account charged, you must use the Transaction ID as explained at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership

Hi – thanks for your reply. I tried this, however it says my account has been blocked as a security precaution. I also wouldn’t be able to access any emails, as I think at set-up there was a typo in the email address.
