Being followed by a spammer

  A spammer with a large number of no-content blogs on Blogspot is signed up to follow me — twice. His comments do get caught and deleted, but he’s already screwing my stats, and there’s apparently nothing to keep him from following me as many times as he wants. Is there any way to block him or have him removed as a follower?
