Being on WordPress.com using WordPress.org
-
I want to ask one thing:
If i download WordPress CMS (or what is it) from WordPress.org, my posts will appear on WordPress.com?
If not, can i do it?
Please!(I want to change cause with WordPress.com i can’t edit PHP and i can’t add my own theme..)

No, blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are not in anyway connected with wordpress.COM. If you self-host a blog, you are entirely on your own.
You have to do the installation and configuration, you have to do all troubleshooting and fix anything that goes wrong, you have to do all upgrades and backups.

If you have no experience with setting up websites, or using FTP, and creating configuration files and such, you are probably best at least for now sticking with wordpress.COM. What you can do is get yourself a domain name and map it to your blog here, and then start educating your self on the ins and outs of self-hosting a site and then move over later.
