being prompted to enter 'First Name' when trying to pay for domain name

    I’m working to pay for my annual domain name, but i get an error stating that I need to add a first name. the only place to enter a first name that I can find, is on the ‘my profile’ section

    I’ve emailed you directly with information on restoring your domain, as it’s currently in the redemption phase of the domain expiration process. Can you please reply to my directly with any further questions you have?

    In addition: I noticed that you recently purchase Jetpack Personal for a site that have hosted outside of WordPress.com. Did you intend to purchase that plan or were you hoping to renew your domain with that purchase? If you can let me know if you wish to keep the plan or not, I can help out. :)
