    The problem is the following. We would like to enter the administration interface, but we do not remember the password. We ask for a password reminder in vain, because the e-mail does not arrive, even though it was entered correctly, and the e-mail address has not changed either.
    The other problem is that you can request a password reminder at the admin login, but on the main page, it already says that there is no registration for such an e-mail address.

    We would like the problem to be resolved as soon as possible so that we can log in. We would also like to ask for a password to the address (email visible only to moderators and staff).
