    Hi there,

    This is a public forum. Please do not post sensitive information like PayPal transaction IDs or partial credit card numbers here – that type of information can be used by people to impersonate you and gain access to your accounts.

    The payment you’re referring to is for a Business Plan purchase under a completely different account. It also appears that you have opened a dispute with PayPal about that charge, which means we’re not able to refund it – when you dispute a charge you’re accusing us of fraud, so the payment is frozen pending an investigation.

    I’m forwarding your request to our billing support team to continue helping with this. They will follow up with you via email, so please don’t create any new support requests about this.
