  If i buy business plan then all themes and plugin’s premiums are free or have to pay separately?

  If you upgrade to the Business plan, you’ll have the ability to use third-party themes and plugins.

  You’ll also be able to use all the WordPress.com premium themes for free:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/premium

  Any other premium third-party theme and plugin you’ll have to purchase it separately from the author and then use it on your WordPress.com site.
