Best day of week to publish new post

  If I can recall dimly that there seemed to best days of the week and time of day to publish a post which could have higher number of potential readers.

  I know it varies…but I though I read around 9-10:00 am, etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I find that 10 AM on any weekday morning is good.
