Best form creating plugin for my needs.

  Hello everyone,

  I am working on a website for my business (a consultant).
  I need a recommendation for a plugin that will create a form, and once the customer fill out the form their information will be saved into a CRM system.
  On top of that, if they do meet specific defined requirements they will be offered service packages (they have to choose which one they like), and if they don’t meet the requirements they will be offered a different package.
  I must add – it’s for a registered business with a bank account, I will use an online merchant processor and not PayPal.

  So please advise – which Form Plugin should I use?

  Hello,

  I am not sure which CRM system are you using, but the Contact Form 7 has many integrations.
  For the offers, you can use the Conditional Fields extension with the custom Thank You page or showing of the Hidden fields depending on the conditional field choice.

  Please keep in mind that you can install these plugins if you purchased the WordPress Business plan, lower plans do not allow the plugins to be installed.
