  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org.
  A theme has nothing to do with Google’s navigation policy. The problem is with weblinks in your site, the structure of your site, …

  Hi @santosdn. To add to startmees reply. You can check the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org (the one you are using) in this link and for problems with your WordPress self-hosted installation you can use their forums here.
