Best plan for Class sign ups and lists

I am interested in a website for a cooking school which I am opening soon and would like to know which plan would allow to create sign-ups and easily manage class lists and online payments. I currently have a domain name through AT&T which I would transfer over.

unluckily you can’t do this with wordpress.. I don’t want to promote my self there but for this, you should hire a programmer. For this little thing i can do it for 10$.
