Best Quiz App?

    Hi! I’m currently using JotForm for my online quizzes and for over $400 a year I’m wondering if I could find something a bit more simple, as I only have a few quizzes and they are quite basic (scored, so each answer is afforded a point rating and they are tallied in the end).

    The requirements that I have are: 1- Users do not need to put in any identifying information 2- They can save a PDF/print out both their answers and the score at the end.

    Many thanks for reaching out and happy to help with this!

    So this can be something that can be built natively inside of a WordPress.com site, and this would reduce the reliability on a third party like Jotform.

    Having taken a look at the form itself, something tells me you may need something like Ninja forms (a free plugin) or Gravity forms (a third party plugin, paid) to replicate that.

    These plugins are well supported generally speaking and pretty flexible in my experience. For the printing of submissions, Ninja forms has this guid here: https://ninjaforms.com/blog/quick-tips-about-using-multi-step-forms/#printfiles – for Gravity forms, there’s a good number of add-ons available and I suspect this is possible with the right add-on.

    In order to run these sorts of plugins, the business plan would be required here at WordPress.com.
