Best Theme which lists ALL posts

  I have a blog which documents daily work on a car that I’m building, which I would like to be a reference for other builders. I am having trouble finding a theme which will list ALL the posts and not hide ones from other months. Ideally, it would have the body of an introduction, followed by a list in chronological order of links to ALL the posts. Does anyone know of a theme that is capable of this??
