Best themes for online group work/courses?

    I run an online course associated with this site–sometimes on its password protected pages, sometimes in conjunction with a private FB group.

    What I’m wondering is if there are some themes that have been designed (or lend themselves) to group work.

    What I’m specifically looking for is a FB-like interface where participants can post, and respond to others posts, and see my instruction–all in one place–with a WP.com theme.

    So far the only I’ve found that somewhat is of interest is P2 and P2Classic. Any other themes that work well for groups?
