best video format

    I’ve looked through the posts related to videos and didn’t see this question asked or answered. I produce weekly videos specifically to be posted on my WP blog. Currently, I am uploading 640X480 30fps WMV files. Is there a format that would yield better video quality, maybe AVI?( I have MP4 also,but the quality is not as good,but only takes about a quarter of the space), A bigger or smaller format, different frame rate, etc. I am looking for the optimum video quality, size is an issue also…unless I buy another space upgrade…which I will do if the quality is great

    Any suggestions about what the WP video player likes best?
