Best way embeded video

  Hi all,
  I like to know if there a best to embeded any video in wordpress or other place, some people are taking about using iframe contain link to the video

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The video embeds that WordPress.com supports for all of our blogs – no upgrade required are found here.

  The VideoPress upgrade include in the Premium upgrade bundle allows you to upload videos from your computer for hosting and playback directly within your blog (or on another site you can designate).

  However, if you upload them to youtube or another supported video source site then you do not need the upgrade.

  P.S. The software strips iframes codes out as they are a security risk.
