Best way to have a .co.uk and .com site?

    Hi All,

I am hoping someone can help me with regards to a multi domain site. I currently use a multisite install to host various domains for my site. EG: .com, .co.uk, .dk etc etc…

I currently have a .com site but also want to have a .co.uk site. I am a little worried about being penalised by google for duplicate content and was wondering what the best way would be to setup the .co.uk site which would be the same content on a multisite install? It seems silly to just copy the site and have multiple sites with the same content and probably bad for my Google rating due to duplicate content.
The reason for wanting a new site is so I can use different focus keywords and meta descriptions for various regions. EG: en-gb, en-us.

How should this be done so as not to penalise my site???

    Thanks for any advice!
