Best way to link to an EXTERNAL WordPress post?

    I write for a blog site hosted by WordPress, but I’m working on building a portfolio on my own WordPress site to showcase my work across different products.

    What I’d like to do is link to my posts on the external WP site, including featured image, excerpt, ect. but I’m having trouble finding a good way. I would love to use the Blog Post block, but it only works for internal posts.

    I’ve tried creating them manually by reposting the featured images and copy/pasting the excerpts, but it just looks bad, and it’s really tough to keep everything aligned across screen sizes.

    Is there no easy/good way to achieve this, or am I missing something really obvious?

    Also, I’m on the personal plan, so any fancy customizations are out of the question.
