best way to make a form for service packages

    I need help making more descriptive and appealing checkout forms for my customers to select the service package they would like socialpostingforce.com/order , I would like to be able to add a scope of work under the existng options for packages or install a plugin, as i am more familiar with Shopify, I’m not sure how to do this or what the best option is. thank you!
