Best Way to Mimic Database / Managing Data (WordPress.com Hosted)

    I need people to have the ability to enter information then later retrieve that record and update that information. Ie Database functionality.

    I was looking at Gravity Forms but then noticed it only worked on Self Hosted WP sites. Is there a way to perform this functionality on a WP Hosted Site? If so how?

    I do not think WordPress.com is going to be your best bet for that sort of thing.

    I would encourage you to look into setting up a self-hosted WordPress site if that is an crucial feature for your site plans.

    I need this exact same thing. Seems like one of the easy site builders would have this feature — let readers sign in and then remember what they enter in different form fields.
