Best way to redirect traffic from wp.com to wp.org without losing search ranking

    Hi. I have a wordpress.com site that I use for business and recently built a new site for this business through wordpress.org (each has their own domain). My wp.com site does not get much traffic but apparently lists well in google searches. I would like to direct any traffic going to my wp.com site to my wp.org site without losing my search rankings. Any suggestions on the best way to do this? I would prefer to pase out the wp.com site as well and point that domain toward my wp.org site. Thank you!
