Best way to start a website for a podcast

  Hi! I’m a bit bit familiar with WP, but not quite advanced. I was wondering what would be the best way to start a site for a podcast? Is it best to purchase the ‘Freelance’ option? Or do I need to purchase web hosting? We’d be adding audio of course to the site. I’m not sure exactly where to begin. Thank you in advance!!
