Just want to say, that when I look at my posts after I post them on the site, both computer and moble phone, they look fine, but in the email posts they have a bunch of signs, symbols, and junk that don’t belong. At least my screen reader is reading it that way. Got several email complaints from blind readers.

Hi, @campb04,
I am tagging this thread for staff attention with the modlook tag, so they may be aware of it and address it for you.
How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question?
Some issues require staff member help. If you see or add a thread that you know needs staff intervention, you can add the modlook tag to the tags area of the thread to make sure we see it.If you have one of the emails that would be able to be forwarded to staff, that may be helpful. They will let you know.

Hi there,
Can you please be more specific than “a bunch of signs, symbols, and junk”? A screen shot of the email would be helpful, as well as info on exactly what output your screen reading software is returning.
Keep in mind that your email client could also be the cause here. Especially if some people are experiencing the problem and not others. We only control what’s in the email when it’s sent, but not what’s in it when it’s delivered – some email clients and email providers can strip out html, or convert and html email to rich text formatting, or the email client itself might not be fully accessible, so the more detailed information you can provide the better.

Yes, I get things lik, ‘ ‘ ‘ and @ signs.
Sorry.
I also believe I might know what caused it.
I accidentally pressed a button while hunting the Spell-Check, and now cannot figure out which button I pressed. LOL
I will hunt for it today, and report back,
And
I did comment further on this in the comments after someone else posted to me a similar question as this.
Thanks.

I’m not sure how spell check would add extra characters to the subscription email, but please let me know once you figure it out. It would help if you could give me the exact steps to replicate the issue. If it’s a bug, having those steps would give us a better idea of how to fix it.
