Beta Editor not saving template changes

  Hello,
  When I use the Editor program in the Appearance section of wordpress, the changes I make to the template don’t save. When I click the save button, I get an error message saying ‘Saving failed.’ Could I schedule a call to speak to a representative to fix this issue?
