  How can I disable the beta settings for this site? It’s making it really difficult to create so I’d like to disable the beta settings.

  Hi @jschmidt02,

  Themes that use full-site editing (FSE) will use the site editor by default. Such themes include Twenty Twenty Two, Blockbase and Quadrat.

  I see that your jsbetweenthelines.wordpress.com is currently using the Exford theme, which is not a FSE theme. You should be all set.
