    Als ik via paypall wil betalen om een update te doen naar Premium dan word ik evengoed doorverwezen naar een creditcard betaling.

    Hi,

    If you follow these instructions to pay by PayPal you should see a link saying “or use PayPal” at the bottom right of the screen.

    It does state that some countries aren’t supported by PayPal but I’m confident that the Netherlands and Belgium both are.

    If you’re in a Dutch-speaking location that isn’t supported by PayPal then the support page offers this advice:

    Some options include paying with a card registered to an address in a country that PayPal does accept, or having a friend or colleague in another country complete the purchase for you.

    There’s also a Dutch language forum which you might find helpful.
