BETHEME WORDPRESS TEMPLATE HOW TO ADD

Hello, I just bought BETHEME template for our new website and dont know how to install. I have downloaded the files given but how do I install in my wordpress.com (dashboard) account? Its a free account, is that why I am having issues? Do I need to upgrade?

Sorry, sorry, noticed it was all caps, but couldnt change. Thanks for the advise, but the site says its for WordPress. We bought it off envatomarket. BeTheme – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme, compatible with WordPress. Do you build your theme via their site instead?

That would be WordPress.ORG, the self-hosted version. This is WordPress.COM, the blogging platform. The two are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.com can only use the themes you see if you click on Themes in the menu on this page. Themes bought anywhere else can’t be used here. As @auxclass said, no upgrade changes this. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/adding-new-themes/
If you actually want a self-hosted site instead, i.e. not hosted by WordPress.com but on your own domain with, e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc., then you need to buy your own domain and hosting account and download and install the WordPress.org software to that domain. Then you’ll be able to install the theme you bought. Please visit the WordPress.org support pages for more help with that: http://wordpress.org/hosting/
