  Hello,
  We have a real estate blog that has been inactive for about 9 months. I’ve tried to log in to our account with the username ‘Alexandra’ and the password from Feb 2018 (the last log in) but an ‘error’ pops up and says to contact support. We are trying to get these blogs back online as soon as possible.

  We’d be happy to help, but we require one vital piece of information. What is the URL of your website?

  Bare in mind that if your websites uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, you should post in the self-hosted forums or alternatively contact your hosting provider. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
