Better Looking Menu

Thanks for your time. I’m working with a client of WordPress and I’m wanting to make the menu look better then it currently is. Here’s the site, http://truckerslogic.com I would love to have a drop down menu, something better then this. Here’s my question, is there any plugin that could help or is this code only? Any lead would help. I’ve been on W3 but no luck. Thanks!!
