  Hi there,

  For which of your sites? betterbizz.com is a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software. You can’t buy a WordPress.com Premium plan for that site, but you can buy a Jetpack Premium Plan (which I see you already have), which include advanced security, backup and spam protection features. But it’s completely different from the WordPress.com Premium Plan.
